The Rhododendron ponticum was a clue to Sherlock finding the kidnapped children in BBC’s “The Reichenbach Fall”, and also happens to have drug properties such as decreased heart rate and low blood pressure (among others) which has been tied to a lot of theories about how Sherlock got away with the little jump he took.
